News From the Tribunal’s Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2026, Colin Bell stood down as Chair of the Tribunal.  He will remain a member of the Tribunal until his term of office expires in September 2026.  Colin has been a member of the Tribunal for 20 years and Chair for the last five years. The Tribunal thanked him for his leadership and support during this time. The Tribunal appointed Beverley Atkinson as its new Chair.  She becomes the first female Chair of the Scottish Solicitors' Discipline Tribunal.
