Consultations - Rules and Expenses

The Tribunal welcomes comments in relation to two separate consultations. These relate firstly to the new draft procedure rules, and secondly to the way the Tribunal awards expenses. The Tribunal's consultation documents are available here on the Tribunal's rules page. Responses should be returned by 5pm on 1 June 2023 by email to enquiries@ssdt.org.uk with the subject line “Response to SSDT Rules Consultation” or "Response to SSDT Expenses Consultation" or by post to The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal, Unit 3.5 The Granary Business Centre, Coal Road, Cupar KY15 5YQ.
