Coronavirus

In view of the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the latest Government advice, all Tribunal hearings in March, April and May are cancelled.  Some procedural hearings and compensation hearings will be dealt with by the Chairs by telephone and/or on the papers.   However, most cases will be sisted and rescheduled in due course.  If your case is affected, the Tribunal Office will contact you shortly with more detailed information.  The Tribunal Office is staffed at present and you can contact the office as usual by post, telephone and email.
