The Tribunal Rules 2008 have been reproduced in full for On-Line browsing and can be downloaded for viewing or printing off line.
These are the Rules which govern the procedure before the Tribunal and came into force on 1st October 2008 but for a transitional period certain provisions of the 2005 Rules still apply.
