The clients names in the Findings
have been given anonymity. Any Findings where no publicity
was given or where publicity has been deferred are not
included on the site. Any Findings which are presently
under appeal are marked as such.

matches a name of a solictor who has been party to a
Discipline Tribunal published on this site.
Please note that matches will only
correspond to the name you search against and you should
satisfy yourself from the detail of the information
provided that any particuar finding relates to the actual
solicitor you are checking against.
